SEPTEMBER SATURDAY SOCIAL
Program: Understanding the importance of balance as we age. Most of us know someone who has experienced a fall, or we have fallen ourselves. Practical lifestyle adjustments, strength and balance exercises, managing medications, having your vision checked, and making your living environment safer are all steps you can take to prevent a fall. You will learn at home balance exercises that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
